Primary responsibilities of the role: 

– You will be screening safeguarding concerns and completing section 42 initial enquiries.
– Focus on protection planning, making safeguarding personal, empowerment and working with partners, including the Police, NHS professionals and housing colleagues.
– Support customers to maximise their independence and personal outcomes through the provision of comprehensive advice, information, practical support, and signposting.
– Focusing on strengths, prevention, early intervention, and the promotion of wellbeing throughout your practice.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
