Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced MDT workforce to support the people of Bury to return to or remain in their own home after a period of rehabilitation. You will work within a small social care team to support the home-based and based-based areas of intermediate care. Using a strengths-based approach and always thinking ‘tech-first’ will support the Bury vision and values.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
