Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adults Assessments Team based in Westminster.

Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:

• Screening and information gathering on new safeguarding concerns in Adult social care and be able to use mosaic database. 
• Contacting clients to gather information and signpost to local organisations and carrying out Care act assessments. 
• Identify immediate risks and safeguard vulnerable adults and work as part of a fast pace team supporting and signposting Westminster residents. 

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
