Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:

• To manage, motivate and develop a team of social workers, social work officers and review officers managers so that performance standards and outcomes are met in ways that demonstrate Haringey Values; Generic Team Manager Responsibilities Service Delivery, Quality and Continuous Improvement.
• Set team priorities, allocate work and be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient services to service users and stakeholders.
• Be accountable for implementation of planned and approved service innovations, continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of operations.
• Review, make recommendations for improvement and follow through to implement changes and benefits.
• Undertake performance management, quality assurance and act on inadequate performance, as appropriate.

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
