Team Manager – Specialist Intervention Service – North-East London – Salary up to £54,000 + Market Supplement

Liquid Personnel are looking for a hardworking and experienced Social Worker with management experience to join a busy SIS team in North-East London. In this role you will be responsible for the management of the delivery of social work services to children and their families.

What can you expect from this role?

• You will manage the delivery of social work services to children and their families in accordance with statutory requirements
• You will ensure the delivery of services are managed within budget and in line with quality standards
• You will ensure that children and families are referred to the service receive appropriate services relevant to their needs
• You will ensure the quality and standards of professional practice and performance are achieved in each team
• You will also have further responsibilities that you will be required to perform in order to fulfil your role as a Team Manager

Is this role for you?

• You will need to be SWE registered with an accredited management qualification
• You must have a DBS check for Children
• You must have at least three years of management experience in a children’s social work setting
• You should have a good understanding and experience of Family Group Conference and Family Contact Time
