March’s Exceptional Contribution Award Winner!

We are delighted to announce the winner of Liquid Personnel’s Exceptional Contribution Award for March – Eugenia Ntekor, a Mental Health Social Worker from Bristol!

This award recognises success, achievement, and dedication among our candidates in social work, healthcare and criminal justice and winners receive a £250 voucher and coveted Liquid trophy.

Eugenia has been with Liquid Personnel since May 2019 and recently received this fantastic feedback from her employer:

“Eugenia, you have managed to join every PCR and CPA during the pandemic and subsequent challenging times, both online and on the ward or meeting room. You are always positive, willing to help, proactive, and extremely organised. We feel the service user greatly benefits from your input in these meetings and from how hard you work to support them.

You seem to have a wealth of knowledge of the Community Teams and a great rapport when working with accommodation providers. You are amazing at advocating for the patients to ensure that they get the support they need and deserve, prior to their discharge.

You take everything in your stride and are a great asset to the team. Things have not been easy for anyone recently, but you show great compassion and understanding. It also needs mentioning that you are probably the ‘best dressed’ social worker we have ever had! We feel all of your hard work and commitment definitely deserves recognition!”
