We are delighted to announce May’s winner for the Exceptional Contribution Award!
May’s winner is Ann-Marie, a Senior Fieldwork Manager who has recently helped to launch a new model of working within her service and has taken a lead within the model of the Allocations and Assessment area! We recently received this glowing praise from her Senior Fieldwork Manager:
“Ann-Marie has shown significant knowledge and experience in the role of an Operational Fieldwork Manager within children services. She has demonstrated ability of Managing and developing Social work staff and having the operational overview of a variety of Social work cases.
Ann-Marie has worked well with her peers and has worked flexibly to ensure Service priorities are achieved. This has not always been easy working during the pandemic and from outside the city, however Ann-Marie has shown enthusiasm and commitment to her colleagues and the service alike.
During her time in this role Ann-Marie has helped to Launch a new model of working within the service and has taken a lead within the model of the Allocations and Assessment area. She also has a good sense of humour which has been appreciated through these strange times.
I have found Ann-Marie to be supportive of the service priorities and she will be missed by Service Managers, her colleagues and staff alike!”
Congratulations Ann-Marie! A well-deserved winner for this month’s award, this is some brilliant feedback and we hope you enjoy the trophy and voucher!
