Emma joined Liquid in 2017, starting as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant after completing a degree in Marketing and Business at Manchester Metropolitan University. She quickly became one of our most promising new consultants, winning our ‘Best Newcomer’ award in 2017 and achieving two promotions to Principal Recruitment Consultant in her first 11 months!
As a new graduate, Emma was enrolled on to Liquid’s ‘Foundation Programme’, which gave her all the basic skills and knowledge to begin her career in recruitment. Emma then completed our ‘Intermediate Programme’, where she learned advanced recruitment skills and received regular input from our most experienced consultants. In April 2020 Emma became an Approved Training Consultant, training new and existing consultants within Liquid. She currently holds ‘Masterclass’ training sessions on candidate generation.
After gaining two promotions in less than a year, Emma became the first Children’s Social Work Consultant to be part of our ‘Executive Club’; an exclusive group for our top performing consultants, providing them access to enhanced benefits such as an Executive Commission Scheme, flexible working hours, a Tastecard+, and free passes to company incentives.
