Liquid’s L&D Manager Shortlisted for CIPD Award!
Liquid Personnel’s Learning and Development Manager, Melissa Venner, has been shortlisted in her category at the prestigious CIPD People Management Awards 2017.
We are delighted to announce that Melissa has been shortlisted for the ‘Michael Kelly Outstanding Student Award’ in the intermediate and foundation level category.
The Awards are delivered in partnership with People Management Magazine, and are the most prestigious in the industry. They celebrate and reward phenomenal achievement for those in people management and development, whilst honouring the invaluable contribution Learning & Development and HR make to the progression and success of a business. The ‘Michael Kelly Outstanding Student Award’ category recognises exceptional individuals who are currently studying or have recently completed a recognised CIPD intermediate and foundation level qualification.
Successful finalists demonstrated how their studies have allowed them to initiate and implement business improvements in their own organisation. Mel joined Liquid in July 2015 and over the past two years has developed new innovative and exciting training programmes, which have been integral to our company’s success and the professional growth of our employees.
We wish Mel every luck at the Awards ceremony in September, where all winners will be announced!
